Products, Shipping, Payment and Delivery Policy

 

Products:

All pictures on our website are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary due to product enhancement.

The majority of our products are handmade and may thus have minor differences in the final look, weight and/or size.

Shipping:

We are not responsible for broken or damaged goods. We specialize in packing and do our utmost to prevent such situations from materializing; however, the items are sensitive products and hence have a rare possibility of being damaged or broken.

There is a shipping insurance, but it covers only lost packages and not damaged goods.

The cost of the shipping insurance is 3% of the total value of the purchase order.

The standard shipping is a package up to 20 kilograms – Ordering a package larger than 20 kg is possible with prior request.

Payment:

We require full payment for non-wholesale orders, and a 30% down payments for whole sale orders.

We have a no-refund policy. Product exchange is possible in specific circumstances.

The cost of insurance, shipping and our products is subject to change without any prior notice.

Delivery:

It usually takes between 7-10 days for your order to arrive. If more than 12 days have passed without the arrival of the package, please email us at info@gloriainv.com to review the status of your order.
